Please note that all Original Art ships from Stuttgart, Germany.


I ship to most International locations including USA, Europe, Singapore and AUSTRALIA using DHL Postal Service for both local and International post.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS- please leave your phone # in message box when checking out, it is required to go on the shipping labels.

The paintings will be ship cushioned in bubble wrap inside and in cardboard shipping box.

I ship painting in bundles on every Tuesday. So, I will ship your painting out on next coming Tuesday after i receive your order. If you have doubts, questions or if you need your package early, please contact me through email.


Because of drying time, varnishing and a slew of other operational reasons in my studio, it may take up to two weeks for us to package and dispatch your work to you.  Transit time will vary according to where your painting is travelling to.  

All gallery-wrapped canvases up to a size of 30 x 30 inches will be shipped in-tact both in Germany and overseas.  Paintings over this size going to an Germany destination will mostly be shipped as is, but will need to be assessed on a case by case basis.

Larger works on canvas over 30 x 30 Inches will be removed from their stretcher bars and shipped rolled in a sturdy tube.  This happens for two reasons: 

1) It is far safer for a large painting to travel this way (yes, I have experienced the heartbreak paintings being damaged in transit).  

2) It is by far the most cost effective way to ship large works.  The money you will save on shipping will more than cover the cost of having it re-stretched by your framer. 


I triple-check all our parcels to make sure that they have the correct address and labeling that you supply.  Please know that I can’t be responsible for parcels that are lost or unattainable due to an incorrectly supplied address.

I do my utmost to make sure that your art arrives safely.  If, on the off-chance you are having difficulties relating to your order, please do know that I will do my very best to resolve it for you where it is in my power to do so. Please remember to be kind, I am doing my best and there are limits to what I am able to do when it comes to postal services.
